2. How much you monitor

Tiers are cumulative: the unit price comes down as you grow.

Named users on Citrix, AVD, Horizon, RAS, Windows 365, WorkSpaces or Kasm, or desktops running the User Agent.
Hypervisor hosts, server VMs, Kubernetes nodes, storage arrays, backup repositories, network devices.
The VMs you want full history for, on any hypervisor. The ones outside the pool stay visible, with a single day of history.
